Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. Ann Arbor Residents Directory is not a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Information here, or returned by a linked third-party tool, may not be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
How Current Is the Information?
Public rolls are corrected, offices change their portals and fees, and digitization can alter the available coverage years. We try to keep these references current, but no detail is guaranteed at a particular time. Confirm a record with the office that holds it before relying on it.
Not Legal Advice
Nothing on Ann Arbor Residents Directory is legal advice. The site identifies record sources and describes how resident rolls and directory collections generally work in Ann Arbor. It is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney.
Lawful Use Only
Public records support transparency, not harm. Do not use information found through this site to stalk, harass, intimidate, or harm another person. Misuse can violate Michigan and federal law, including Michigan stalking laws at MCL 750.411h, MCL 750.411i, and MCL 750.411s, and it violates our Terms of Use.
Third-Party Search Tools
Some pages contain search boxes supplied by third-party companies. We do not control their results, charges, or treatment of submitted data. Their results should not be treated as FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
